I don't know whether it doesn't like Android phones but I can maybe log in successfully 5% of the times I try. So frustrating. Says error nearly every time. I've deleted it, reinstalled it but nope. My husband has an iPhone and never has a problem. Edit - you can't both have the app for the same car, so my app works now but it's a bit annoying that my husband can't have the app too.

numerous issues first it thought the car was were we bought it from, fixed with must recent update. it hardly ever knows when the car is charging, and does sometimes when it's not! now with this update there's no communication between the car and the app, do we can't adjust any battery parameters, like allowing charging to 100%. tried calling customer service at 1440 on Friday and they're closed, what on earth

Waste of time, relies on them randomly adding your number plate to their database otherwise you can't register your car on the app. Couldn't even add with the vin number either despite it being 100% correct. Editing review to say that the app started to work when i tested again, it's not massively well featured but what is there works well.

Would be good if I could actually sign in to my account on the app, but it just keeps telling me an error occurred try again later. I have a 2023 Duster, I could sign into it when I brought the car last year 2024, but had a new phone in June this year and can't log in to my already registered account! Would also be nice if there were some features like journeys miles, fuel cost per journey and last parked place on the app! These feature I had with my previous car and I found very useful!.

Bought a Spring Extreme in May. great car, but the app just doesn't work! it's constantly out of date, showing battery status from hours ago, you can't see the current level. Switching on air con and lights doesn't work either. it's connected to my account and I can see the car on there, but its next to useless. it's frustrating because it worked for the first few weeks and now it's stopped. Dacia please review and sort the app out.

can't log in. app was working fine for the past week whilst waiting for my car to be delivered but as soon as I got the VIN for my car I put it in the app and then the app had an error, logged me out and now I can't log back in, it says 'server error. try again' every time
