This app is great, and the surveys are well-suited to my profile, offering good payouts. However, since last week, I've encountered an issue when trying to redeem my points. The process requires my registered email for re-authorization, but I'm not receiving the verification code in my email. As a result, I can't proceed with transferring my balance to PayPal because no 6-digit code is being sent to me. please fix this and i will change my rating

I used this app 2 years ago, it was great. I have to uninstall it because of hard changes happened in my life and I barely have time for sleep. And 3 days ago I install this app again, But I can't remember my email and password that I used to log in. So, I made a new account with new email even though I was not sure. For a day it was OK. Then last night my account just disabled without any notice. I'm disappointed.

unfair! I have account for this survey since 2018 and then they deactivate for because I have been inactive for almost a year. when I decide to activate they do not activate that's why I decide to sign up another new account. and then after I sign up and answer all surveys after a few days they disabled my account without any explanation. I was looking for contact support but I can't find it.

I started using this app yesterday. But suddenly, when I try to log in my account, it said that my account was disabled. Not to mention that my point is almost at 10,000 and they disabled my account before I even got my money. edit: I've already sended an email about 3 days ago and still no response.

I've been using this app for how many years but now I open to answer surveys and it always appears update the new version and when I click to update no update option on playstore only open, when I click the open it appears update new version. I don' t understand whats wrong, how many times I did but still the same and I cannot ask question on customer services. Please fix this problem

Honestly deserves 1 star. Every time I try a survey, it either says quota full or I get disqualified after answering so much. Even when you reach 80–90% progress, they cut you off and give you almost nothing. It’s just a time-waster, and it doesn’t respect the effort you put in.”
