I've used Powerdirector for years, off & on. A little less ever since a certain app hit the scene. They've come a long way since 2015. However, there's still a ways to go. For instance, I've been unable to find the fade in & fade out option for clips. I have to do fancy editing just to do that OR use my desktop. Also they need a better way to search for audio tracks on your device. Still in all, not bad for the annual fee. It's a whole lot cheaper than their competition.

This app is TERRIBLE!!! I was working for 6-7 hours every single day for 10 days now to create a video of 10 minutes. The subscription is incredibly expensive for what it is. I have sleepless night because I have to keep fixing ALL stickers and ALL effects that shifted to ALL the wrong places, and it's HOURS AND HOURS OF WORK EVERY NIGHT!! it's INSANE!!! It doesn't save the progress and then it freezes on you, and then it mixes up EVERYTHING, AND YOU HAVE TO START FROM SCRATCH!! I HATE IT!!!

it's easy to use and fairly simple, but doesn't have very good effects or quality, it always comes out a bit pixelated, and even if you have the best wifi in the world it's slow and cantankerous. it took me seven tries to export my first video, despite having five bars and a good internet connection. it also chokes on long videos, which I dislike. (quote unquote 'long' videos are more than 30 seconds)

The same error is taking over, I try restarting my phone, delete data, and cache, etc, even try doing email, BUT it just won't leave me alone! I barely spent a minute in the editing and it's already saying, I need some "lower video" or something, like... what? LIKE what the error?! What is the error?! Edits: It's still happening! 😌

Program works well for what I do with it most of the time, I have been using the paid version of this app for a few years now. Recently, it has started crashing a lot while trying to export my project, which is a huge waste of time. If I power cycle my phone it will usually fix the issue, but I shouldn't have to do this almost every time I make a video. Never used to do this until a couple months ago, currently disappointed as I came here looking for an update that might fix this issue.

Overall I give you guys a three. Although the app doesn't necessarily make comparability with my Chromebook ..there are some features that I like. With that being said there are some that I hate. I find it very time consuming to put back in position certain edits when I have to constantly back out and come back in to prevent a "decoder". Thanks anyway...hope this was helpful
