I tried to reserve on this app and it kept giving me an error message that the network had an error. This went on for 2 days. I finally got my girlfriend to reserve it and it gave her no problem. This app prefers Koreans and will reduce service for foreigners.

Don't use if you urgently need a place to stay. I was looking for a place to stay that night and I had to cancel and rebook all within 5 mins because of an error and they took two payments and won't give one back because you only have an hour to cancel but not if you book after the admission time which is like 8pm. I was looking at 12 am because I urgently needed a place.

Absolutely terrible so far. App keeps giving errors at the final point but still deducts money. I ended up paying twice. Compared to coupang, aliexpress or any other app in Korea this is the hardest to use for financial transactions. It is extremely hard to use for payments. I had a Korean help me and he also just told me to call.I travel tomorrow hope inhave a better experience

Can't even sign up if you don't have a Korean phone number - super disappointed. At least the support agent on Kakao Talk was quick with the replies... I wanna try some of the chill stuff on the app too, yo...
