This application has been developed to provide access to e-Customs services rendered by the State Customs Committee from mobile devices.
Both citizens of Azerbaijan and foreign nationals can use this application. The application allows users to queue online for border crossings, calculate vehicle customs duties, appeal to the Committee, get news and contact Call Center of the State Customs Committee.
Customs Service of Azerbaijan is planning to add more services and data tools to this application in the near future.

I am frustrated that a personal wellness product I purchased was confiscated by customs. This item was intended solely for private use and health-related comfort. I find it unfair and deeply concerning that such private, non-harmful items are criminalized. This violates personal boundaries and contributes to a sense of insecurity. I respectfully request a clear explanation and urge the review of such outdated and invasive policies.

This app didn't work properly for a day so far. Firstly, It asks to log in every time I use this app and it takes too much time to do it because of errors. Secondly, I cannot select country from the list just because there is no country list at all (just the word SELECT instead). Now, I simply cannot log in because of the INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. The app has enormous amount of bugs which have to be fixed as soon as possible, otherwise this makes online shopping very difficult and annoying.

Couldn't get registered using ID. Multiple checkings for "not being a robot" and then it just shows an error. Tried several times in a few days. The result is the same. Works with Asan Imza, but not ID. What is the solution? I can't register my purchases before entering the system, which seems impossible. Dead end.

Could hardly get registered with ID and in the end cannot log in because system failure. Both the app and official site does not work. I called the customs hotline in the afternoon to find out about the issue and was told that in couple of hours the issue will be resolved. It is more than couple of hours now and the system is still down.

The program interface and features are under expectations. Many Problems: 1.declarations of previous months are not reflected 2. Declarations are not editable 3. Many unexpected errors 4. Login information can not be saved for easy access. 5. Can not see declarations of my account in other device. 6. There is no PC version or website. 7. There is no possibility to check and pay fee if 300$ limit exceeded. 8. Tracking ID problems that Smart Customs do not recognize them. Etc.........

The worst experience ever!! Nobody can tell me how am I supposed to declare cost of shipping and invoice for each separate item? Should I enter the total cost every time or do I need to divide it? How would I divide the total shipping cost?? Why it is so unclear? Why cant I enter cost in respective currency and you just put there an automated calculator so that we dont have to do it manually? Why do I have to select "not being a robot" pictures 100 times after each step? This is so wrong!
