With advances in tech, cloud storage should be cheaper, larger, & easier, not smaller, more expensive, & more difficult. Especially when you pay $140-$170 for a frame, it should all be included. Now Nix decides to just change their terms? What started as a great idea, has now become a money grab. Don't waste your money on this, especially when shared cloud storage exists and apps that can broadcast pictures to your smart TV, for a more reasonable price, you probably are already paying for.

way too difficult to find images in your phone to upload. it should have an option to go to the photos app and upload from there. there is no way to look for years, months, or anything. if you want to upload an specific photo from years ago, you have to find it without any help, and look the whole package of thousand of your photos on your phone. that is completely non sense.

Really disappointed by the bait-and-switch on features. The frame works fine once set up, but the app is clunky and confusing. When I bought it, there was no sign that core features like Google Photos and shared playlists would require a paid subscription. Now the only way to access them is through a premium plan — no grandfathering, no warning. Feels misleading.

Change to subscription makes frames almost unusable. I can't do one drive from the app so I can't auto compress images from my phone. 3mb under images are hard to do. Web interface says all my images are too big. This push to subscription and horrible app and web interface has made my picture frames unusable. Looking to go to a different company now that values customers. Thankfully I didn't but the 3rd frame I wanted before finding this out.

Nickel and Dime for everything. when I purchased this frame I had at least 1GB of storage only to find out a few years later they now cut my storage space in half and I now have to pay a subscription fee to add any photos. Also, if more than 1 person wants to be able to add photos that is another fee. DO NOT BUY! there are so many better frames out there for the same price or cheaper

Don't buy this frame. It was a great idea with ample storage, until it wasn't. Terms of use changed to where to have a decent amount of storage on a $200 frame, it is now required to have a yearly subscription, which will only increase as time goes on. If there was a desire to start charging for storage, at least previous owners should have been grandfathered to the terms when purchased. New buyers would then be aware of whether they wanted to commit to a yearly subscription. Not worth it.
