the app doesn't work they way it is told to. for ex. doesn't remove the profile pictures from the videos though that option is exercised. some times the picture occupies half of the screen after sharing in WhatsApp. was brought to the notice of the makers/developers/ no action taken. not worth the money in terms of requirements

The app design and features are great, but it’s disappointing that almost everything requires payment — even for downloading basic content. There should be at least a few free templates or download options available for users who cannot afford premium. Please consider adding some essential features for free within the next 24 hours, or many users like me might stop using this app. Hope the team takes this feedback seriously.

The opening is failing. I only know the English language, I don't know the Indian language. because of the sim card your app is asking only Indian language to choose and there are no English language options.

The biggest problem with Crafto is that it mainly shows videos, while people don’t like videos much. Secondly, if it’s someone’s birthday, you can’t create a proper birthday poster — only videos are available, which most people don’t prefer. Crafto should have an option where anyone with a membership can design posters however they want. Another major issue is when you enter social media details; it only allows one option — either Facebook or Instagram — but both options should be available.

It is a very bad app. All reviews are paid. There are many apps for free that can add photos as well. the staff very bad behavior when I ask for help. No reply. fake company. most of them are rude people. no reply
