Very bad app and watch both. I don't want notifications, i don't want that silly icon in the status bar at top constantly that adds no value, and the app doesn't let me proceed unless i grant notifications permission. There's no way to set regular monitoring of SPO2, heartrate monitoring maximum is 5 mins frequency which quite low. No way to customize screens on the watch. Bad app, bad watch.

I hate this app because I am never able to connect the phone with my watch, always showing that RECONNECTING, but it never happens, there is no problem with my phone, neither with my network, and the watch is within bluetooth range, and is on, due to this, I am never able to make the time correct on my SINGINITY_E61A, please help me out COVE

Few problems here and there. I uploaded my photo in watch face I had problems inserting text and symbols as the colour was uniform and no adjustment to background contrasts. In QR tray I didn't understand the meaning of payment, movie and others tag. Kindly help and update. Cannot pin location on maps. Have to adjust with nearby landmarks. The time has no meredian indicator. Hence unprofessional. One more issue. I want feature to stop tracking steps (walking running or excersise) while driving.

I'm using Boat magma wave.. this watch have lot of problems 1. raise on wake didn't work properly! 2. touch didn't work properly! 3. drink reminder didn't work. 4. when i choose any photo in my gallery to make watch face, watch face quality didn't look good high quality images but my gallery image is high quality! one think i like this watch battery backup! i email this problem but no response! pls get updated and fix those problems!

needs work on the app, this is my 3rd boat watch. Earlier software was better than crest. it is missing to register many activities. even sleep function stops if you wake up early and sleep again. Boat take a note. competition is rough you may sink soonif you don't take feedbacks seriously. I am happy with battery and voice calls

I have been using the app for my enigma. so far found very useful and good. One thing I gave to ask is to add a analogue watch custome option, i have been an analogue fan but when I try to customise there no analogue design for it and not very fancy fonts for that too. It would be great if you guys can add that on the next update I hope.
