I like this game a lot, but it clearly cheats once in a while. There are times when the bubble is clearly a certain color and when I shoot it changes to a different color. And at times I have played a level so many times and when I finally saved all the chicks, it tells me I ran out of moves so I have to replay the level not being able to go to the next until 10 tries later. It even freezes on me when I saved all the chicks and can't move to the next level.

This game is great except for 2major flaws. When youve earned freebies at the bottom of the screen and then use them,it deducts the points. Why even give the the earned help if you're going to take points too. That sucks!! Also there's a bug in level 451. Won twice with 1 bubble left and it freezes. Won't let me move on, never accepts the win, but it does show a check mark upper left that I did win. Please fix.

Fix the loading issues!! Game keeps freezing with loading arrows circling. I really do like this game, up until recently it has been a great mix of fun and challenging but that has all changed. It seems that there are now occasional levels that you just can not get by without using their (pay for) power ups. And nothing is more frustrating then when you plan your shots based on the color bubbles shown only to have the game change the next bubble color on you. Not right.

Fun, little game though there were some glitches. I was able to get up to level 2383 but though I passed the level it won't let me go on. Everything was off the board but nothing worked and it didn't take me to new screen. I left the phone in the app for min. of 5 mins but when I went back to my phone, nothing had changed. I've cleared the level at least 5 separate times but I've had the same result. Disappointing esp. since I had to use multiple coins and jewels to complete the stage

I've played this game for a few years. I'm at level 3159. I love the levels and the side events. The recent-ish update has left me frustrated. There is now an ad after every. single. level. (It's not as simple as closing it after 5 sec. It's usually a 3 stage process to close the ads.) I am not opposed to ads and the revenue generated. This feels like I'm spending half my time not playing and it sucks. I've paid into this game throughout the years and am seriously considering deleting now. :/

This use to be a really cool game but now it SUCKS it's ALWAYS freezing, game shutting down and starting, takes forever to load and when you contact tech support it takes forever for them to fix the problem or it doesn't get fixed at all this has been going on for months I don't know what happened if it's new leadership or new tech team whatever the case may be but you guys need to GET ON YOUR JOB. Hope you get it together... AND NO THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH MY PHONE... THANK YOU
