iv used wish since 2019. there have been some problems over the years, but they were usually resolved, and the good prices and clothes i like kept me using it. but for about the last year or so it has gone straight to hell. at least half the stuff is now more expensive than Amazon, and many things iv ordered just keep being suddenly refunded with no explanation. my last order of 7 things has only 1 item actually shipped, 5 refunded, 1 that might or might not ship. time to give up and move on!

wish has become entirely useless. Even something like an Xbox 360 controller ($20 back in the day) costs $50. Useless app that's not even good for the only thing it used to be food for. Cheap low-quality items. instead, now they're expensive low-quality items. (They will surely respond that items have gone up in quality. I can assure you from personal experience they have not.)

There are plenty of great items to enjoy shopping for as well as good as it gets on prices, though the delivery process takes a bit longer then expected. definitely not mad about that. Ether* I totally get it, happy I got it & it's all good now. Shipping products probably takes a while do to distance or amount of items being sold. That's my honest opinion on my WISH LIST! Ordered several items, but its been over a month and a few items are marked still processing. The other items that have shipped started with a two week delivery date, then went to a month, and checked today and its still going to be another month before receiving them???? I don't mind waiting on things, but starting to wander if I wasted my money here, and if I will ever receive the items I paid for, since customer service is a robot, definitely not ordering anything else.

This app is absolutely horrendous! I placed my order, it said it all items would arrive within a week, I would have had plenty of time to receive and wrap for Christmas, and now it says my items will not arrive until January 17th! That's more than three weeks after Christmas! It's ridiculous! Additionally they do not honor the promotion codes for a new order and customer. I have reached out to customer service and the only thing I ever get our automated prefilled computer-generated emails with no one paying attention to what happened! I will never use this app again. Don't fall for the gimmick sales! This thing is atrocious.!

Great selection of products for less. Shipping costs are on the high side, much higher than the product you are buying most of the time. I have a membership, so some items are shipped for free. I think having to pay $5.99 a month for membership should get you free shipping on EVERYTHING but it doesn't. Items arrive quicker than they used to, which is always a plus. If you don't get the exact product you order, color, design etc, you get a refund on it which I love. It has only happened 1 time.
