worst experience for ticket booking. No customer support at all. No resolution if you call their customer support number or reach out over email. My ticket got waitlist cancelled and it's been 3 months but I haven't received any refund amount. They are not even replying over the email. Book directly from the IRCTC app instead of this useless app.

I booked a ticket with a travel guarantee by paying an extra amount. They assured me that if the ticket was not confirmed after the chart was prepared, I would receive a 3x refund. However, when the ticket did not get confirmed, instead of the promised refund, they issued a coupon valid for only 7 days, and that too for a much lower amount, which is practically useless. This is a pathetic service, don't use this app. this is totally useless. bad , cheater 😡😡😡third class service

Very poor experience with Confirmtkt! I booked a ticket through Confirmtkt and the amount was debited from my account, but no ticket was confirmed. When I tried to reach their customer support, they were completely unhelpful and closed the call abruptly without resolving the issue. This is very disappointing — I trusted the platform, but the way they handled the issue shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism. Even after providing all details, I got no refund or follow-up.

I booked my tickets but the IRCTC page failed to connect. The payment was deducted, and after that, it showed the “resume booking” option, which also didn’t work. In the first attempt, platform fees were charged, and when the booking failed, I had to pay extra again. This is a very poor service — it has happened to me several times, not just once. Really not a good app experience.

Recently, I booked a ticket on a travel guarantee... and I paid a lot of extra money for it... Why did I pay so much extra money... It mentioned that if the ticket is cancelled due to travel guarantee, I will get back three times the amount I paid.... But, at least I didn't get back the amount I paid... I only received some money... that too was only deposited into the wallet.Those who run such a big app don't even have a customer care call center.

The 3x refund offered by this app is actually a scam. They are making us pay extra for travel guarantee. I booked a train ticket through this app and my ticket remains on the waitlist even after the chart preparation. After that they said only 2x refund for train tickets. And then they provided the amount in a condition to utilise it for booking a ticket within one week. They didn't mention such things while making us pay the travel guarantee fee.
