Very bad experience. The Colive staff and support team are not responsive at all. I have raised multiple tickets over the past two weeks, but not a single one has been resolved yet. I also initiated a chat with one of the team members, but now he is not responding and has stopped answering my WhatsApp calls — he has even blocked me. Even my sales officer, who onboarded me, is not replying or picking up calls. The caretaker of the property is also unable to resolved the issue at right time

Worst check-in experience , no bed sheet, No pillow, room is not cleaned. No Almira key is available. During the visit, they have shown something different and provided different properties. Now am thinking if the services is like that, then how can I spend my three months here. Also they have charged 1500 as a joining amount I don't know why. Guys before paying amount you need to check your room.

One of the worst experiences I have ever faced. I had booked one specific location, but instead, they reserved a completely different property without informing me. When I tried to contact the sales person regarding this issue, they did not respond to my calls or messages and failed to provide any proper information or support. I paid the check-in and registration fees after being assured that rooms were available in the hostel I chose. But on move-in day, I was told to shift to another hostel far from my preferred location. I asked for a refund since they didn’t provide the promised room, but it’s been a month and I haven’t received a single rupee. Be cautious — you might lose your money too.
