After update my spot portfolio profit amount is showing wrong. My profit now is about 10k but it shows 7k. I don't know what's wrong with this app now. I talked to their representatives they r on a different world they don't even understand the matter asked to send screenshot,screen recording but still no solution. i think this app is soon going to be like coinDCX I guess.

In this app the purchase amount is shown and when I go to purchase, the amount increases, the amount for sale also shows the same but different, if I deposit the amount then it goes into pending and after that the estimate time is shown as 3 to 4 days.

I have made a deposit of 5k. the amount was not reflecting in my wallet balance. I reached out to support with this issue providing all the screenshots of the transaction and also screenshot of my wallet balance before the deposit. I have stopped receiving a response from the support team in spite of following up. This has happened to me before. Very disappointing

I traded on the Coindcx app but I never faced such a problem. If I had any problem, they would have solved it quickly. But your service is the worst. It has been 54 hours since the payment was debited from my account. I sent several emails but did not receive any reply. It's been 30 hours since the money was deducted from my account but still the coin switch amount is not showing I also sent an email and it's been 30 hours since I sent the email but I haven't received any reply.

I can't deposit my BTC even after the tokens have been withdrawn from the Source and the customer support is pathetic in solving the issue. I have sent all the necessary details 3 days ago and they haven't even reverted back. I have raised another ticket for the same issue and they are behaving similarly for this as well. They will ask for information and proof but they will not resolve it or even revert back. Such incompetence and miserable condition is not what one expects from Coinswitch.

CoinSwitch appears to manipulate prices, especially in future trading, where I observed different price ranges for the same cryptocurrency. The platform's high commission and platform fees, combined with what seems to be a manipulated algorithm, consistently result in user losses. This makes CoinSwitch a platform where users are always at a disadvantage.
