Everytime in the middle of trading, platform shows, "Something went wrong. Please try again." Experienced it more than 50 times. Reviewing for the 5th time. Very poor platform development. Too many crashes. I'm really fed up and disappointed with CoinDCX team. Try to fix it as early as possible. Response to your message: I've tried every procedure. It has nothing to do with my phone. FIX YOUR APP!!!

CoinDCX's service is terrible. I purchased a token from Web3, but the order was rejected. I haven't refund my money in the last three days. Their customer service has been telling me to wait, sir, your payment will be refunded, CoinDCX customer service has been asking me to wait for the last 3 days If someone's payment gets stuck then no one is heard here.I had a very bad experience 😡😡😡

Every time I try to trade when the crypto market hits a high, this app crashes or shows some error that prevents me from selling or trading. It’s extremely frustrating because this doesn’t happen just once—it happens every single time there’s a major price surge. It feels like the app intentionally blocks users during crucial moments. Please fix these issues immediately. Until then, I strongly advise others not to download or use this app❌️ Vinay Gowda

I had a very poor experience using CoinDCX. The prices shown for Bitcoin and other tokens are often not the same as global rates on reliable platforms. Many tokens are suddenly delisted without proper notice, and it becomes difficult to track or withdraw funds in time. The app also shows fake-looking prices and has very low liquidity. I trusted CoinDCX earlier, but now I feel it’s unsafe for serious investors. Please fix transparency and price accuracy issues.

I add money to the app, but it got stuck in “progress.” Even after a few days, the status still shows “in progress,” and no res. frm the help & support team. Another issue is with F&O trading. For example, when my unrealized profit showed ₹230 and I click “close,” profit was realized, and the amount (after charges) was added to my balance. But in reality, after closing the trade, instead of gaining, my actual balance decreased by a large amount. So even when it show profit still u loss in end.

I tried buying coins/shares on this app, but the transaction failed. The money hasn’t returned yet. I contacted the support team and they guided me on the next steps. The refund process may take some time. The app has good features, but the transaction and payment system could be improved. Overall, the app is useful, but I faced some issues with transactions."
