it was working very very well until the new update. the app crash and closed itself whenever I tried opening it. emailed their support team 4 hours ago but no response yet. Update: Thanks, V5.4.1 is working fine now. I hope you can strenghten your customer service especially via your email stated in the app store. Too bad i missed the check-in streak.

The shop does not allow direct ordering and obligates customers to download and use the app. When I did, I was given a Buy 1 Free 1 voucher supposedly valid for 7 days. However, when I tried to use it later (with 2 days still showing as available), the app refused and said it was only for the first purchase. This is misleading, as the voucher is not truly valid for 7 days as mentioned. Very disappointing experience.

It's challenging to order from this app because half the time, the drink I want is unavailable on the app so it's not motivating to top up. I just buy from the store directly but sadly, I don't get the rewards because my orders aren't done via the app. This app should have a way to also credit store visits. Sometimes, it's not available on the app but the drink is available in store.

the overall UI of the app is good but the UX of it could be improved like it would be great if we could filter the drink. as a non coffee drinker I want to easily check which drinks do not contain coffee. Also, wasn't able to checkout because I can't proceed with the payment. It has been loading for several minutes.

I've noticed the 200++ points that I've collected a few months back were all removed as i wasn't active for the past one month. I found it out when i was about to place orders. It was disheartening. No point in using this app anymore.

The app is very user-friendly, but please add a feature where you can prioritize where outlet i usually get to or ordered, cause like some place have 2 or more outlets so it gets confusing very easily. just add locked outlet next time, this is already 2nd time this happened,
