This app worked great for the first 4.64 km of my first recorded 5 km walk/run. Even in my hoodie, it would announce when I had completed the first, second, third and fourth kilometer. It tracked my progress and location very accurately. But then with less than half a kilometer to go, the progress and location processes froze. I had to manually enter the final time. I might give it another chance, but once burned, twice shy.

I am generally very happy with this app. I enjoy the smaller challenges within the large challenges. On the rare occasion the walk/run doesn't upload (I believe it happens when my phone switch to my home internet), I have been able to manually enter the distance to "get credit". Customer service has been very good also.

The first time I had the app it was with a team and we did a 5k. My team and I all ran the same amount and yet they were finished and I still had 1k left to run. This time I decided to get active again and paid the $55 for the fall frenzy challenge. I have been unable to log in to the app and there is no way for me to get past the privacy settings before it freezes and I have to start over. I have contacted customer service and still haven't got a response.

I like this app for its purpose, allowing me to track my activities against a goal. The tracking worked well on my hike today, but I could not load the app to start tracking at the trailhead when there was no data services. I needed to wait until halfway up my first summit to start tracking. That should be fixed. Not being able to save with no data services was also a problem but not as bad because I could stop tracking and was able to retry the save when I drove a few miles and had service

Landscape only? Why not have a portrait mode like they used to? Makes looking around the site harder and logging information difficult because the keyboard covers up the screen. Also while running, you can't take a quick peek at the screen because it's the terrible zoomed in landscape mode. I like the programs but it's not user friendly anymore. And no, it's not just my phone - everyone is dropping out because it's frustrating

My daughter and I signed up for the Winter Run. It was wonderful to have time with my daughter 2x a week on equipment. Best part was keeping motivated and getting stronger. Without the app, we'll the couch looked pretty good. So when the Spring Run showed up it was easy to sign on. Also included my other daughter. Now we are outside adding lots more miles. The app makes you accountable! Love it and how much I have personally benefited.
