There are some optional ads you can watch to speed things up or win extra prizes. Big issue with those ads is that sometimes they exceed whatever idle time limit is built into the game, so by the time the ad is over, it has kicked you off the game, you have to log in again, and you don't get whatever benefit you were trying for by watching the ads. This is really annoying/frustrating and should be fixed by game developers.

Been playing on and off for years. As a fan of music and monsters, it's an all time favorite. If you think you love it in the first week buy the starter package. Making any purchase allows you get extra breeding structures but if you decide with a purchase later on you will get way less value. Some of the worst in game currency to real money conversions ever. I don't like the mobile game format but I love the music and keep coming back. new torch lighting is great, celestial island change is bad

I don't usually like games with ads, but this one is the best one I've ever found. Fun, rewarding, customizable, something to always look forward to. I would recommend treating this as a 5 dollar game because you'll want to at least get rid of the ads to be able to enjoy it. Any purchase on the game will do it. The ads after that are up to you. Thanks for the great game devs!

Musically and visually the single greatest mobile game ever created. With tons of effort, tons of features, tons of collections and content, and constant updates, this gift to the gaming world never stops gifting. It's not easy to get into, and will require daily, frequent, and relatively uninteresting dedication in the beginning, but before you know it, in the late stages of playing, you have loads of progress to make each and every day and daily sessions that can last hours. Patience is key.

2023: Almost all I got to say Is it's a very good game I'm loving the graphics. But sometimes it crashes for some reason. But overall it's a very cool and fun game, but it won't let me do the cold island conundrum thingy. Edit 2024: I can do the conundrum thing now and there's no more crashing loving the game. 2025: it's no longer crashing its still really fun keeps me occupied and there's a very wide variety of monsters to get.

I have been playing this game on and off for over a decade. It always keeps me coming back! Whether it's the charming monsters, the fantastic music, the surprisingly hefty (albeit whimsical) lore, or even the unbeatable satisfaction of filling an island with monsters. This game has it all. Though, word of advice, be sure to pay them once - almost like a one-time fee - you do get some stuff for it, and frankly these guys deserve it yeah?
