I request people never use this app They offer slot and it is almost 2hrs late. I reached customer service through chat. I don't know why they are closing the within one minute. They don't even respond properly. The items very not at packed. I used my hands to grab the total items. They don't even provide mini cover also. Worst customer service ever seen

Very poor experience with them. I have been a faithful customer for Bigbasket. But currently they are giving very poor service. I'm waiting for more than one and a half hours for my order. It keeps getting delayed. The delivery person is again and again asking for 10 more mins for the past 30 mins. Dissatisfied. Customer service is just apologies.

Customer Care does NOT work at all! They keep asking for phone number, email address and address - despite having all these details as that's the only way you can register for ordering! And once you provide it to customer they say it's incorrect! Unbelievable! And to top it all, if you try to update your email ID it does not! Seems like they have NO systems in check and SOPs for customer care! A very 'take it or leave it' attitude!

The previous UI was simple and easy to navigate. The new ui makes it horrible to navigate and search for items. shopping on blinkit and instamart is simple and easy. A lot of times i leave half way as there is Too many clicks to get a product. also, the person who kept radio buttons instead of check box in filter option should be fired. I want to search multiple things at same time. Big basket is doomed beyond redemption.

They have started this new scam, where they do not deliver the full order, but refund the money to bbwallet and not to your account, in order to force you to use the app again, so they can continue doing this. Cut your losses and delete the app, because not only you're not guaranteed to get your full order, you wouldn't get a refund too. I was lucky that the price of the item they didn't deliver was low, but it could have just as well been high, and continued accumulating. Avoid this app.

Limiting quantity due to high demand, will not help you. What you don't sell due to high demand, I purchase from your competitor Apps since they don't apply such a condition. This has made me purchase more products from your competitor Apps. In the nearest future you will lose one of your earliest customers (me).
