I've been using this apps for more than 5 years, but I've never been felt more dissapointed with them. this apps is easy to use but unfortunately they don't have good support team. if you encounter issues it will be very difficult to reach them I've been contacting their support via whatsapp, email even instagram none of them is being respond. Please improve it if you want to retain your customer

Apps is ok. But per october 2025, the customer support is poor. Very slow respond and confusing. You should have a phone contact center, like a bank, for handling customer problems.

The UI is perfect and minimalist, very easy to use especially for buying Mutual Fund, but for stock investing and stock trading i recommended stockbit.

Bot doesn't response. I accidentally sent word "pencairan instan" before clicking on the selection. But even after clicking "tanya seputar reksa Dana" it still won't progressing. Can you guys fix the bot or bring back human support?
