Processing Fees (incl. GST): Rs. 2,000
Disbursed Amount: Rs. 100,000 (Loan Amount) - Rs. 2,000 (Processing Fees) = Rs. 98,000
Total Amount Payable: Rs. 1,12,000 (EDI of 722)
Total Cost of the Loan: Interest Amount + Processing Fees = Rs. 12,000 + Rs. 2,000 = Rs. 14,000

Worst app, sales person lied about soundbox that there won't be any charge but they have deducted on very first date of month and also not taking any responsibility of the sales person. You can't even return the sound box as they have even higher (almost triple of their monthly fees, around 300) penalty on return of soundbox. You'll regret if you went ahead with this company.

worst app ! This app holds up amount whenever you do settle the amount Not even for one day. They hold my 40000 rs for about 2 months and still didn't received the amount till today this is a worst business app. There customer service are keep regularly giving dates but are not settling that amount.

Horrible experience. The onboarding process is very confusing. They ask for business photos but rejected it each time giving some kind of lame reasons. Called there helpline number to get directions for how to click the photo and followed exactly what they asked, still they rejected. I'm fed up with the incompetence and deleted my account altogether. Wasted much time and effort on this. WOULD NOT recommend this to anyone. Better go for GPay For Business or Phone Pe Business.

Fully fraudulent service. I bought a BharatPe One machine and received a used device that is not charging (charging is not working). When I contacted customer care, they asked me to upload a video and then told me to wait. After some time, they informed me that I could return the item, but I wouldn’t get a refund because more than 3 days had passed. I also can't get a replacement. If I want, I can return it and place a new order, spending ₹3,538.82 again.

Extremely poor support. my swipe machine's battery is not getting charged. I have raised the issue with them multiple times, but they closed it every time without any resolution...

Extremely disappointed with BharatPe. I received an old, used device instead of a new one, and even after raising the issue, their support team refused to provide a proper resolution. Instead of helping, they blamed me for a faulty and tampered machine. Very unprofessional handling of customers — I would not recommend their services. Extremely disappointing, BharatPe kept closing my ticket (over 4 times) without solving the issue and never replied to my mails
