Useless for international flights with domestic stop overs. App didn't create boarding pass, told me to get it from kiosk because final stop was international. Guard at domestic entry wouldn't let me in because no boarding pass. Vicious cycle. After 15 mins of arguing and running between 3 entrances, finally convinced them to let me through. Very stressful, frustrating and disappointing experience, especially from a reputable airline like Air India. Poor system, coordination and app experience.

While it takes 2 mins to book flights on other apps, Air India takes a minimum of 5 tries and 1 hr. That way you don't waste your time on insta reel, but something productive like booking a ticket. Also the best user experience - if for any reason your payment screen does not open, while other apps allow you just retry payment, AI takes you through the complete booking journey again, keeping you busy in multiple ways.

Terribly slow website, took over 90 mins to book one ticket. It is hard to understand a third party app like ease my trip books a flight in max 5 mins. Simple options like, immediate selection of flight options or book now options are so hard to figure out on the user interface. Also, no automatic maharaja point addition it's combuersome and confusion to keep going back in history to add flight details which the airline only booked for me. Why do I have to add flight details separately?

Very bad service. I have registered the missing miles claim request via the app. However even after registration of complaint and getting case id no. There is no progress..very strange that is just a request for claiming miles for which they take too much time. I wonder how air india then dream of becoming the preferred airlines for its customers when their servicea are so pathetic.

Received error while booking a flight on app, called customer support instead of helping book ticket they asked to raise a case in app with customer support, after raising it with all screenshot of error, flight and passenger details, now I received reply from them to call customer support to resolving this issue, they are just bouncing the issue between each other without providing any resolution, very bad customer support experience, not expected this from Air India

I booked my ticket on agoda the day before yesterday, and due to some circumstances, I wanted to reschedule the appointment for the 24th and I initiated a chat with ai.g and got the response to get in touch with the third-party in order to make any amendments. Got in touch with Agoda, and according to them, only Air India can change the date or cancel the booking. I have been going round in circles for about two days now and still haven't got any resolution.
