when I'm in elite and I go somewhere where no smartwatches allowed and then I'm not wearing watch for a few days and then I immediately drop off from elite to the lower levels . I hope that you add a button which when clicked it tells the app that the watch wasn't used today so the level shouldn't be affected

It’s really unfair that the GOQii app doesn’t allow linking smartwatches from other brands like Samsung or apple. They only support their own GOQii wearables, which feels like they’re forcing users to buy their devices. Even if you connect via Google Fit, the syncing is highly inaccurate—almost half the steps don’t get recorded. For example, if I complete 10k steps, the GOQii app only shows 4k–5k but in google fit it is 10k. This is unfair and cheating.

Hi. Two days ago, the app stopped working in terms of being able to record my walks. the large activity tile doesn't register when pressed, and multiple activity boxes have appeared above the steps and water tiles

Good app for fitness, I like it.But today I am not able to make payments through PayTM why ? Dont understand. This app doesn't work properly. In the morning the vedios doesn't load, if it loads doesn't log, very badly maintained and not user friendly.

Worst experience ever with the STORE. Never ever buy from them I swear. They give you a stupid ebook which is anyways free and do not deliver the real order. Customer care is also no help. No reviews methodology on the application. Please do not make the mistake of ordering from here. The app is a scam. All the positive reviews seem to be paid. No refund process.

Overall app design is good and more insight for motivation to be active everyday. I have been using this app for the last 45 days and I found the worst thing is logging the activity using GPS is dropping many times. I have run 10k and it shows no activity. This happened more than 5 times. Either Goqii push customer to purchase the watch or has a scope of improvement.
