Horrible sizing features. As an athletic man, it is impossible to find a jacket by only seeing length without width. Also, there are no size guidelines with dimensions in general. You just get the "the model is wearing L" note on a specific product, but when you go to choose the size, you can't choose M/L sizes, but numbers like 48/50! This is completely useless, since you basically never know the dimensions of the product you're trying to buy. Take some notes from AboutYou, please.

Whenever I order sneakers from this stupid store, they come 2 sizes too small. Very rarely do they fit me, and I always order the size I am. And on top of that, there have been cases where the sneakers come out fake, the soles look like they were cut with a paring knife. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointing experience with BestSecret.As a long-time Diamond Lv3 customer, I received a wrong and scratched item. The warehouse confirmed receipt but refused to accept it, even though I had already reported the condition. Later, they said it would be accepted, yet also claimed it was “sent back” — with no tracking and never received. After over 2 months, I still have no refund or resolution. Customer agent Sofia B. showed little interest in helping.This is unacceptable for a premium serv

Be carefull about delivery address. For some reason if you have more addresses in address list, it remembers last used although you select different one diring check out. Writing to customer service useless, they are not able to change it and only option is to cancle order in app and buy again... BUT there is NO cancel option in app so you need to write to cs again to cancle it.
