There's been a pretty consistent decline within the platform that a lot of long time users have noticed. don't even bother paying for a subscription to have access to extra features. the mods will block you from doing so. like boosting your own posts. They advertise being a mental health platform, but are just like every other social media platform with absolutely no spotlight on those who need support. in fact, if you post about it you'll get it removed.

its a cool place, but very heavily regulated and moderated sometimes unfairly [may as well block freedom of speech] . Also fix the damn messages already iv had so many complaints to me about being unable to message me or others cause it just never connects or loads. It's also one of the most needed features other than the posting and commenting itself. It's like you break something every update. Fix that and I'll fix the 2 missing stars.

I've had this app for years and have loved it, so much in fact that I decided to pay for the "premium" version. The subscription clearly states it's $2.99, even in Google Playstore Subscriptions, yet my account is being charged an extra almost $9?? (in separate charges) I've looked for some kind of technical support email or number and only found one website that "doesn't exist" anymore? So until that issue is resolved I'm going to assume this app is a scam of some sort. Don't upgrade!

I keep having issues with the messages aspect of this app. I've reached the requisite number of posts and comments, had full conversations with people over messages, and then suddenly their chat box is completely empty. They haven't left the conversations. I can still send messages but I can't see them. I only know they went through by the preview on the inbox. Which itself glitches out and doesn't let me select messages from time to time. It's really frustrating.

It's nice to have an app to express how you feel and people that reach out to you, but I dislike that you can't click and see who supported the post, or who is there for you. You can't message them to talk, which I feel takes away most of the point of it. Someone just clicking "support or here for you " is just like a thumbs up. What am I supposed to do with that? Maybe work on the communication between users... and you all logged me out of my account, and I can't get back in. Thank you.

The developers seemed to have good intentions for the app as their messages were very supportive and heartwarming. Controls are very easy to manage, and the safety management is fantastic. It's just REALLY offputing to see so many "looking for a female friend, im male" or "looking for a girl to talk to". Not a dating app, some people don't seem to understand that.
