The app worked when I first downloaded it. Unfortunately, now, every time I try to log in, an error occurs, and I can not log in. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app but still get the error and can not log in. I really like using this app, but now I'm just really frustrated and disappointed. If there is a reoccurring problem that a significant number of users are experiencing, it would be extremely helpful & beneficial to fix the problem as well as admitting there is a problem.

Edit: now it won't even reload my account, indicating an unexpected error occurred. Good concept, garbage followthrough. I log in and it loads with all my stats but anytime I try to do something interactive (follow or unfollow someone) it tells me I have to log in again. No matter how many times I do it, it never let's me do it. It's a nifty tool for stats but otherwise doesn't work.

I like the features available in the free version. However, I paid for the upgraded version and the data doesn't load for the paid features, just the free ones, so it was a waste of money. After adding the free version, my Instagram was compromised and locked as well, so I had to reset it. I would not recommend the paid version, but would recommend the free features. Edit: Beaker apps did reach out about this problem but never remedied it or offered a refund. Thoroughly disappointed.

Do not buy - no customer service & they keep charging you. I had this app months ago and I'm still being charged. I had tried the payment option to see how it would go - but then they raised the amount. I ended up canceling and deleting the app but now I see I'm still being charged. The app also has bugs, wouldn't load and would have incorrect info about who unfollowed. I had messaged them through the app and no one responded.

This was the best app! But then I changed my password and now I cannot get back in to it :( I didn't even have an issue with the ads or anything. (2020) Update: whatever I was complaining about got fixed. But now whenever I refresh it says an "unexpected error occured" and I'm not sure if it works anymore. Moral so far: app SEEMS safe but bugs make it maybe unusable. It's worked for many years though

This app is a phishing scheme. I downloaded it about a year ago, and it worked for about a month until I started getting "unexpected error" when logging in. I eventually un-installed. I recently tried the app again, got the same error, along with messages from Instagram about my account being run by ai. I then lied my password and logged in to find that all of my highlights had been deleted. Very suspicious.
