It's been mostly fine. However I am shocked that in the age of digital inventory, items that are unavailable don't show up as being so until you're almost done checking out, which makes your whole shopping experience an enormous waste of time. You have to start the payment process all the way over, as you cannot delete the unavailable item from the payment screen. If I cannot trust website inventory, how can I shop at all?

Product info and fragrance notes should be front and center. This app is frustrating and definitely needs improvement. Beyond the app itself, the inventory system is a major issue. Once again, I visited the store to buy two specific body sprays that were listed as in stock, unsurprisingly, they weren't there. I tried picking two different ones, also shown as available at this location, and again, none of the items I needed were actually in stock. It's incredibly disappointing and inconvenient.

The app used to be fine, wonky, but manageable. Today, when I went to open the app just to see what was on sale, it wouldn't load anything. I kept getting an error message. I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it. I can't even get logged in now. I keep getting the "Oops, something went wrong" error message, the same error message I got when I tried to browse sale items. This app needs an entire rework. It's back to the website for me.

This app started off good when I got it a few years ago but lately it's wonky as hell. It erases orders, makes it difficult to sign in, and it glitches badly. I'm sure customers spend more money online than in-store, so please fix this asap. Thanks in advance! UPDATE: 5/23/25- The app is still wonky and not working correctly. Also, I never get any special offers or discount emailed to me, even though I've given my email address several times.

The BBW app is ABSOLUTELY awful. It is glitchy and constantly freezes, especially when checking out. Simply adding or removing items from your cart is enough to make the app stop functioning. It also never clears your cart, so anything you have added (INCLUDING sold out items) must be manually removed, which once again causes the app to lag. Occasionally it will also log you out randomly losing all your shopping items. Just an awful app, and has been that way for way too long now.

Only shows error now, inaccessible. B&BW Instagram keeps saying customers need to uninstall/reinstall, clear cache, etc. No. This is a system problem! I even tried what they suggested and now, I can't log back in anymore and still won't load 🙃 Previously, worked pretty decently before. I mean, still couldn't access the love-it list unless I freshly heart something. But was doing a decent job.
