Unable to start the car due to my car batteries problem. Order the batteries thru the app. Once placed order, rider reached within 30 minutes. Customer service follow up the status very closely. My problem solved within 45 minutes!

This is my 2nd time using this apps for my car battery. The call centre is so professional checking 1st before confirming the car problem for the technician info and necessary action. I use this app in a different state and it doesn't have a problem at all. The waiting time for the technician to arrive is not so long and the technician is very friendly and gets a tip for taking care of the car battery. Overall great service and recommended to install this apps. Thanks everyone for the great job.

11.50am I ordered battery for my car . 2.55pm only arrived almost 2hour plus waiting for the battery. That Technician not any issues I can give 5star to technician. management give order to technician 2.30pm . see how fast there are work at HQ . very2 disappointed waste my time . better can buy at shop replace as own is very easy to save Time.
