Terrible Home Service – Avoid at All Costs! I’ve used this service multiple times, and each experience has been a disaster. Their app doesn’t work, the staff are untrained (ruined my haircut), and they broke my expensive lamp without taking responsibility. Cleanliness is ignored, and they use half the products, so no results. When I complained, they said, “You get what you pay for.” Save your time, money, and frustration—DO NOT use this service!

Honestly, I was also skeptical about product authenticity at first. But the beautician actually showed me sealed branded products before using them. They even used Loreal and Rica with proper batch and expiry info. Really impressed with the transparency. Barbera is legit!
