I paid 110 BDT for a 30-day subscription on Toffee app to watch the Asia Cup, but I can’t watch anything. Every time I try, it only shows a “playback error.” This is very disappointing and feels like a waste of money. I paid for a service that doesn’t even work. Please fix this issue or refund my payment.

I bought a one day pack to watch the game on the road but it's saying it's processing payment for hours and hours. This is app in one word is horrendous. It is a crime against humanity to gift streaming privileges to absolutely mediocre apps like this but what can I even say. Also I'd like to add most of the positive reviews are probably from people associated with the app because no one in their might would give this anything above 2.0. That or they have never used stuff like this.

Dear toffee just now I paid 55 BDT for a 37-day subscription on Toffee app to watch the Asia Cup, but I can't watch anything. Could not log in to my Samsung TV. I tried to use the code given on the TV screen multiple times and tried to scan the QR code, every time the mobile app says tv connected successfully but the TV app was non responsive.

Toffee is the worst streaming app! I paid to watch live cricket expecting an ad-free experience, but instead I was forced to suffer nonstop, irritating ads. This is nothing but cheating and pure greed. If we pay, why are we treated like free users? It ruins the whole joy of the match. Toffee doesn’t value customers and only cares about money. Honestly, it doesn’t even deserve one star. A total waste of money and time — don’t waste yours on Toffee! Absolute thieves..😡😡
