I just bought a subscription but I am not able to log in from the application, no matter how many times I press the correct otp it is showing otp invalid. even after multiple attempts they are not even trying to solve the issue.. worst app

I subscribed to a monthly pack on 12th July and now when I am trying to login i am not receiving OTP itself it says seems you don't have an account with us... honestly guys it seems they are scamming people.

This app doesn't work properly, it's absurd. It crashes so frequently and you can't even resume the video from where you left. Even the 'Continue Watching' section doesn't update itself. Moreover, you can't pause the video, it keeps on playing audio even when your phone is locked, pathetic! Screen rotation doesn't work, even I'm not able to download its update. Please fix this app.

Worst experience. I've taken premium annual subscription worth Rs 549/-. But it works only on my tab. It doesn't work on my mobile. Whenever I want to see something on the mobile, it recommends for subscription, while the annual pack itself says it works on five devices. Quite disgusting!

short videos never play and asks for coins even I paid 299 rs unlimited. worst part is when I email , there were chains of emails to and fro, sent video also, they were saying they can't open the attached video as it is bigg file . the file sent is less than 25 mb . I left replying back to email thinking I am scammed. such a worst service for a big company.

A total scam! I paid for my subscription and no trace of the transaction yet! Nor have they replied to my mails. And now I'm seeing alot of people with the same problem! Now I regret not scrolling through the reviews because I wouldn't even have installed the app. Writing 4-5 mails also is not helpful because their 48hours = infinite. Do subscribe to the app if you have money to spare!
