Useless. The app automatically logged me out. I updated to the latest version and it doesn't even go beyond the log in page now. After I give the login pin, it hangs for a while and then closes. How the heck do you roll out a buggy below par app like this to your customers?! Edit: After the latest update, it automatically says enter sim card in correct slot,etc. I have been using the same phone, number, sim and the same tray slot for the past many years and now suddenly app gives this error

Application is still not properly developed. whenever I am paying my Axis Credit card bill through this app unexpectedly showing error. This time when I pay, amount is debited from my bank account but still not reflected in credit card account. The support service is very poor. I explained everything with transaction Id via mail but every time same mail I am receiving from Customer Support with no solution. Looks like they mailed through chatbot. I am not expecting a poor app from leading bank.

New version is horrible.! Axis Mobile used to be a great app, all info and features used to be there with easy access. With the new design, with the introduction of account aggregator there is no way to see my axis savings account and transaction details. Horrible. Lots of pages throws out error or breaks. Even though UX is better, I cannot see my savings details and has to go to netbanking to do my tasks. Feels like proper testing didn't happen before pushing to production.

Reliable Banking on the Go Axis Mobile makes everyday banking easy — from checking balances to quick transfers, the app is smooth and secure. I appreciate the clean layout and how most features are just a tap away. That said, occasional lag and too many promotional pop-ups can be a bit distracting. Still, it’s a solid app for managing finances on the move. Great job, Axis — just polish it a bit more!

Investing lumpsum amounts in mutual funds is almost impossible. Earlier, one could easily assign amounts to different funds and add upto 5 of them to the cart. Now it is a hassle at every step. 1. Individual transactions take a lot of time to process. 2. MFs cannot be added to the cart. 3. Even if one manages to add a few to the cart, many would fail the transaction. The earlier versions were much more robust as they were faster with lesser freezes.

The app (wrapper around a website) is slow as a snail. Opening mutual funds gives CSS error. Regularly forgets the frequently used features. Can't copy paste in the name of security, which doesn't actually serve any purpose. A plain example is if I need to give my account details to someone then I would need to type it, making it more error prone. It is not user friendly.
