(I have the free version.) The main thing I use this app for is to have it tell me when to run and walk and keep track of how long/when, etc. It does a great job of that. But it always messes up my map, and shows me zig-zagging all over the city. So on a 2 mile workout, it says I've done like 25 miles. So that's pretty annoying. My goal is to be able to run for a certain amount of time, so the mileage isn't super important to me. But it would be nice if the GPS worked all the time!

This app (and some motivation) made a runner out of me! I had never been a runner, and I had tried C25K a few times and quit early. I found this app extremely helpful in building both physical and mental endurance. I use the customizable interval feature to make long workouts or to motivate me through a race. I even use it on half-marathons. I couldn't run more than a couple of minutes when I started. Great app, I recommend it to other aspiring runners all the time.

I've been using the paid version of this app for ~3 weeks. it comes with one training plan built in: workouts of progressively longer distance to help you build your way up to running a 5k nonstop. Some features i really like, like the countdown timer, distance tracker, calorie tracker, and audio/vibration cues. However, greater detail on the workouts in terms of how frequently they should be done, ability to skip workouts, and ability to turn off certain notifications would be great. Solid app.

I do like the app but when it stopped the free trial and required a payment - which I did - it to me back to day one and now I've had to try and figure out what my run routine should be for the rest of level one. It would be good if you could pick the day on each level that you want to run. If you're sore or you've been sick, you would be able to go back a couple of days.

Nice and simple with no bells and whistles that get in the way of the features you need, but it hardly ever tracks my workout correctly. I'm about 3 weeks in and it almost consistently tells me I've traveled about 1 mile less, and burned about 150 calories less, than my Fitbit reports. My BF and son have come on routes with their own smart watches (one Fitbit, one not), and mine is the only one reporting this. So it's not like it's the Fitbit overreporting. I do also turn on high-accuracy GPS.

I like the app and it's features, I've been using it since summer 2022. But once I got the paid version this past January, the GPS messes up so that by the end of my workout, it says I've only run .1 miles or 600 miles.. Not sure if it's something with the paid version or the fact that I switched from iPhone to Android, but it's extremely disappointing!
