Most times good if you're only paying your bill. The app is not good if you have any other issues. I have tried several times to change my contact email and I'm still receiving emails to the old email. Hate to call and sit on hold to talk to someone you can't understand. 🤷‍♀️ I have repeatedly tried to change my email but when I click on manage account it takes me to DirectTV. We haven't had DirectTV for 2 years. I guess I'm going to have to get on the phone again. 😖

When trying to click on product to view details the app will just send me to the home page. It will also do this when trying to view the deals offered. So it basically let's me pay a bill and view the lines. It shows me online offers only, but there is no ability to take advantage of these offers since the app does not have the ability. So essentially it can take your money for current services and provide you with false advertising to get you hopes up.

Buggy & clunky. Can't view the entire page/ scroll to the very bottom of the page to read everything or even access buttons & links near the bottom. Scrolling can be jerky & will send you back to the middle or top of a page repeatedly when trying to scroll & read something in it's entirety. Fewer problems simply using the poorly optimized website in mobile browser than the app itself. Doesn't crash as much as it used to, though, it still does that occasionally sometimes, too. Needs work overall.

This pay app sucks. I could not make payments on this app forever. AT&T salesperson lied to me for a free phone, and it was for a 2-year contract. I found out I was making the payment for the phone. What worse when the salesman gave other salespeople a high five for commission and dishonesty in front of me after I signed. Do NOT go with AT&T!!! Trust me! I was charged for late payment and could not pay on the app. I called the technical support to fix the bugs! They can not fix the issues!

Impossible to log in even after resetting my password 7x over it keeps saying wrong password. I used to be able to pay my bill without logging in. but now I can't even do that. when I get to the screen to confirm the order, it says "null" and won't let me do it. but if I want to call and make a payment it's an extra $5. so I either have to go to an AT&t store, which is not convenient, or go to a convenience store in just buy a prepaid card? so why have an app? and good luck trying to get a perso

hate this app. have to login 3 times before the main screen will show up. usually flashes white after logging in then after about 3 more times, it finally works. I'm this close to moving to a different company with fiber internet and we have plenty choices here. and no, it's not my phone, it worked fine up until 7 days ago and hasn't been the same since.
