It's not too bad, includes transcription for free, but it feels half-assed and it has some pretty annoying features/bugs. For some reason, if any of your voicemails are unopened, the new voicemail notification goes off repeatedly every time you select a different voicemail or delete an old one. So if I'm trying to listen to several short, unopened voicemails in a row, the audio is constantly interrupted by the notification sound. I also wish there were more options to control playback and view

New voice messages never show up unless I manually refresh the page in the app, causing me to miss important messages. I ended up having to pay late fees on a credit card payment I forgot about because of this, as I missed two voice messages from the card company trying to give me a heads up the payment was late. This app has literally resulted in money being taken out of my pocket. A one star review is warranted. I'll be looking for something else I can use and uninstalling this app ASAP.

This is the worst voicemail app I've ever experienced. I don't get my messages for days I simply don't get them at all. Then all of a sudden at 5am my phone will go off with tons of notifications telling me I have a bunch of vm's (terrifying) When I check, they are from months ago! Today I keep getting a notification of a VM I go to check it's EMPTY! Even my saved ones! WTH! Unbelievable!

After several attempts and over two hours of the spinning ball and "Setting up your account" message, I gave up. Yet another example that ATT really doesn't care in the least if their stuff actually works. It really is amazing. One year later: still can't get it to do something basic as setup, so I have no idea about the features. What an incredible waste of time. This should be removed from the store. Edit: 18 months later, still doesn't work, still doesn't give an error message why.

Uodate. Downgrading to one star. I would give negative stars if I could. The translation and transcriptions are absolutely useless. They are so incorrect you can't understand what the message was. Horrible visual translation. Nearly practically useless. Most words are misspelled. And then when you do use it you'll get three notification tones/chimes that there is the voicemail, and then three more when you want to read the translation. That's per message very annoying.

Horrible app. I only have it because AT&T blocks the visual voicemail feature that my phone came with. The app doesn't always report my voicemail in a timely manner, and when it does, it doesn't allow me to listen to the message right away. Those two things are the bare minimum you'd expect from a voicemail app, but I guess when your provider blocks the strictly better alternative, you don't have much of a choice. Inexcusable. Enable visual voicemail on Google phones. It's not that hard.
