device help app runs automatically and gives a score. It then suggests running the health check, but there is no obvious way to start the health check app without leaving the screen. Not much thought went into providing a good user interface. One star is being generous!

Has tons of how-to videos virtual assistants that can't do anything but reset your connections to their backend services and is trained to respond to keyword identifiers that are a part of a like 4-5 of its total functionalities and doesn't understand sentences which is just as useless as the nightshift janitor answering support like after hours letting you know they are currently closed. This app is telling me my cell strength is low and I should run wi fi calling. My cell strength is at full bars. No problems. WiFi calling must be cheaper for AT&T since I use a different provider for wifi. Freakin' scammers.

Some of the tests are good. However, the one for testing burn spots just sat there. I didn't tap anywhere because there weren't any. It should have allowed an exit in those cases.
