Turn off automatic updates. If you don't want apps like this showing up on your phone, don't do automatic updates for apps. I've always done updates manually and there are about 10 from Samsung and AT&T that are useless junk apps that won't end up on your phone if you do your updates manually. Everyone complains about Spyware but they always end up admitting they installed it to begin with and now can't uninstall it.

Horrible!! New customer here. I have to say, the Att myApp is not any better the any other company. Always "not responding". Frustrating!!!!! After the initial sign in and it recognized my access code, then the app just spins and never connects to myApp.. the throws a "app isn't responding code".. extremely useless when trying to make a payment!! Highly Disappointed! Do better Att..

I can't find this app on my phone. It's not in the pull up tray. It doesn't show when I select see all apps. There's no option to uninstall it. And I can't get the Play store to stop trying to update it. After saying all that read the what's new section for this app. To say this app is sketchy would be an understatement and by extension I feel the app's developer is sketchy. Attention all carriers: It is not appropriate to pre-install software that cannot be uninstalled on the phones you sell.

not worth the feedback. even went into sales store n they cant fix but for me to go down the street and pay amost $125 to let that company fix it that has nothing to do with ATT. So i got to ATT store to make all payments forget the app. There has been 6 new workers in past 2 yrs working there. DUH once im paid in full by contract IM GONE. BYEEEE !

Just perused 100+ 1 ⭐ reviews & NO end in sight! 3.7 stars my a..! GOTTA LOVE "spin math" they ALL do it, reviews on MAPS, my elec, phone bill, SPIN math, adds a #, minus another, to come out to amount to something OTHER than WHAT it actually should be!! Funny how it works for BIG GUYS! TURN OFF AUTO UPDATES, GO TO APP SETTINGS turn off BACKGROUND DATA & RESTRICT BATTERY, won't consume as much! HATE we CAN'T disable many apps not REQUIRED, thx att for tons anchor apps we don't want/need!

can't find this app in the app tray to uninstall it as I never even installed it to begin with it just showed up here in the play store as part of my apps thats installed and downloaded to my phone. phone is network unlocked and to say the least At&t apps are no longer useful to me or necessary since I am using the Verizon wireless network.
