ASUS Support is just the worst. The app offers to let you chat with or call support, but there are no links, buttons, or dropdowns that will connect you. You're instead sent through long, dead end menus, which eventually tell you to send an email on their website. There's no way to actually contact support in the app, so there's really no point in installing and using it.

Horrible customer support accessibility. The app has a button for online chat support. I go to it and pick my product from the available options and then the app says "no information available" so I go back and skip providing my product type and it still says "no information available." The app completely blocks you from accessing support which is the entire purpose of the app.

This app is great and has features that are really helpful for the users. I can't find the feedback option in the app, it can be used as an issue receive option, as many users have many problems. One of the problems is the nearby service centre. For me it's difficult to manage my time for my current nearby service centre (as a citizen in Ganjam, Odisha) so these kinds of problems they can register in the feedback section.

It was a highly frustrating experience dealing with the laptop company’s customer support. My device was still under warranty when it suddenly shut down, but since there were no support centers nearby, I contacted their customer service. They initially advised me to wait, so I did – for an entire month – while repeatedly trying to reach out for assistance. so far not very good. I have a simple question about adding a ssd to my new laptop. The question is not covered in the faq, so I thought I'd try the chat with an agent The chat will not connect me because it says I have not registered a product, which i have. I registered it on their website and also in the app. The app actually shows my product is registered. As of now the app is useless. There isn't much use for it other than tech support
