Customer service use to be amazing but is now so locked down it's probably not legal. No way to contact about a basic inquiry except by the customer service bot that sends you in circles. At one stage I deleted the app as the returns process now a cost and a chore - it was once easy. Quality of most items on par with Shein and they have free and easier returns. Use to be good with loyalty programs for loyal customers like myself and better quality. What happened to you Asos??

I found a sweater for $44.99. A pop up said if I spend $5.00 more I would get free shipping. So I spent an hour finding something to fulfill the five bucks only to be charged shipping at check out. Im extremely annoyed. And if I didn't like the sweater so much, I would have declined to order. After looking into your free shipping policy I found I was a penny short. Really??!! Do better. That pop up telling me to spend $5.00 more was a lie.

The app is OK.. But their customer service is lackluster. I got into a back and forth online dispute with an item that was lost in shipment. They just keep blowing me off, telling me to wait. 3 weeks after the shipping arriving date, they were telling me the same thing and would not refund me. I just contacted PayPal and got my money back within 30 mins. Not a fan of online customer service.. I prefer to call a number. Never again.

Love! The app is almost flawless. I do appreciate that most products in here isn't "Made from China" trap, and when I don't checkout on time that those items go into the saved list. Checking out is easy and delivery has always been on point and the process for returns is as simple as Amazon. Just wish there were more petite options. Also, the saved list should organize the items into the boards automatically instead according to their categories.

I love how easy the app is to use. Two things I really appreciate, as someone who shops online a lot, especially because I find more tall options online than in physical stores, is that ASOS has videos of the models, which show the clothes in motion, and the heights of the models and the size they are wearing. It gives an idea of how the item might fit you, depending on your height and size. It may not be accurate, but like I said, it gives some kind of idea. I find it very useful.

Love the store; hate the app. Items only stay in your cart for a few minutes, so I was always re-adding things over and over again. (I was trying to shop for 3 people.) It's tricky to find certain sizes because sections are divided oddly (good luck finding things quickly if you're shopping for average sizes and plus sizes in the same session), and 8/10 times the app crashes right at checkout. Long story short : I switched to Express, Torrid, & ON/Gap.
