i love Arsenal. i love that you can get all the Arsenal player videos in the app and see the fixtures/past results. the only thing that's killing me is that it doesn't show the kick off times for the games in my local time. they're all in UK time and as a supporter in the US, it's a bit frustrating. minor detail, but it used to show local kick off times prior to the layout change.

Catch22 problem. Get this sorted, please. It will not open at all. An onscreen message tells me this app is no longer supported and to update it via the App Store! I updated it, and it still shows the same message. Sort it out, and I'll improve your rating. I've used the official app ever since you put the first one out years ago. I never ever had an issue until now. Phone in use: Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus 5G (SM-S918B/DS)

It's so bad. You go to the app and then it takes you to a browser and back forth. Digital pass doesn't load transferred tickets so can't move them to wallet. Audio starts playing randomly from the app even when I'm not using it. Everything else at arsenal right now is perfect and this is the one thing letting the club down. can't press the menu button on Google pixel 10 Pro XL.

Pixel 10 pro user - Cannot access the top membership bar as it's underneath the top bar on the phone (WiFi, settings, battery bar etc), therefore I am struggling to download my tickets. Please fix. thanks UPDATE - Found a workaround for anyone else trying - swipe up to view recent open apps, from there you can split screen, put the arsenal one on the bottom and you can access the account.

Fire whoever made this App!!! How difficult is it to make a useful app? Surely, whoever Arsenal paid to create their app had someone use it. it is so difficult to navigate, useless to but tickets and even when you do buy tickets, it is impossible to locate them. You need a degree in computer engineering to navigate this damn thing!!!

pixel 10 pro user. currently unable to log into the app as it is not formatted to the screen correctly. The login section of the app is currently mixed in with the battery and 5g icons on the top right corner of my phone. This was never an issue when I was using a pixel 8 pro. Any plans to fix?
