I have been using this for a couple of years, first outside the camp. Inside Aramco, there are too many orders and not enough drivers so you always get the dreaded 'you can't place orders at the moment' message. It's just useless. Plus, I asked them a million times to add a tipping option inside the app. It's a cashless economy, get with the program like Hunger Station did years back. Also, don't bother responding to developer comments. They call you but cannot do anything. Read the review, Dev.

Premium subscriber here (Sadly). 1- Support is nonexistent. 2-No number, no email, just an automated chat. And when they answer you - which is very rare - they ask too many questions as if they don't trust their customers. Showed in many cases a lot of proof. Still, a lot of my inquiries go unnoticed, and no refund is given. 3- Many times when you prepare what you're going to get, a pop-up shows saying "No driver available". They don't tell you before, and they don't tell you when it'll be back

the slowest delivery app ever. if you are hungry really don't use it , I ordered many times and everytime I keep waiting long time and when you call customer support they give you 10 Riyal compensation and that's it . I am writing this review before uninstall it

I am requesting several times to deactivate my account through the application support portal and they are not fulfilling the request, and if the reason is important: the advertised offers are not totally true and if you are opening the application and trying to get the discount offers you cannot get it. Also you cannot get the balance in your wallet added by the application also.

it's my 1st time using this apps but I am so disappointed...such apoor behavior of delivery, incomplete order delivery,they don't call you..you pay the order and then some orders is missing..and when you message the support assistant they don't intertain your problem for your order..such a poor behavior of this apps..I won't recommend you to use this apps..
