Worst experience ever while using this app. You can't track your order in this app. once I ordered online through app & after waiting for 2 weeks. suddenly the order got cancelled. I was shocked it doesn't look a brand app. I have payment invoices but still their helpline & customer care doesn't respond properly. Don't order online through app otherwise will lose your money.

You have problems and bugs in your e-shoping which is not expected from a big company such as arabian oud. My problem is there are two orders in my list of orders, one of them is paid and the other is (pending payment) I can not change the payment method or even edit my order. Also the quantity of the perfume is reduced from the store and the stock is out however the item is not sold successfully I don't know how you have all theses branches and your e shoping is very bad

The worst type of experience, tried , tried to buy online through it, can not work, it even saves your Card by force and does not let you delete it, tried Help Line, no use, only promises, its been a Month since and no solution, no one bothers to call you back to solve the issue, help line knows their system has issues and talks to you if everything is OK on their side and that you are the one who is at wrong, huh.

A big company but Their service is very poor, they failed to delivery on time they failed to response to customers, their customers service is very very poor by Whatsapp channel by email by call center they don’t response all the way!!!

very bad customer service. very bad app. I am a member of tawassul program. But I can't enter my account online. I can use my account only when I visit to the store physically. Customer service has no experience. They answered me only one time and now I am waiting for their answer for 2 months

I don't know what to rate for! As for the perfumes , they are good but the app itself , even shopping via website, is a headache for me. Though I'm a regular customer but shopping online always ended up in contacting the customer care centre via WhatsApp and telling them what perfumes I wanna order. So plz dearest Arabian Oud, you really need to fix it to keep up to the level of your prestigious brand! Thanks
