What's New
1.) Send notifications to registered service numbers in your account on bill generation and before 48 hours of bill due date.
2.) Displaying the total bill information (recent bill) against each service number in the Bill Pay module.
3.) Adding Bill ledger in Consumption History.
4.) After circle bifurcation some service numbers are changed. If we are fetching details based on old service number need to show alert in all modules

I have changed my device and I did the first payment in the new phone and what shocks me that my payment is success and debited from account. But in the app my transaction is not showing and listed.Also it shows the due amount even after paid.

worest app not rigistred my meeter number last 5 months. enterd meeter number. and given registred mobile number. received otp. otp verified. but my meeter number not rigistred in bill section.iam using only quick pay service

Hello developers i am not sure either you guys are not maintaining the app or not. Please enable the option to download e-bill soft copy as of now I am able to view the bill but no option to download the bill.

It was much easier to pay through PhonePe. This is far too complex for old people to understand how to pay. They were used to paying through PhonePe where service number and payment details are already there. So they just needed to enter PIN and pay. Now they have to follow a long series of steps entering UPI IDs and everything. At least add an option to save payment methods for god's sake.

This is really a useless app, after entering the service no. and mobile number in quick pay, get otp button is not working. If I try to sing up it ask for the password which I never created. If try to creat new account, it says account already exists. If I click on forgot password and enter the mobile number, it gives an error 'invalid mobile number'. Really frustrated with this app.

After the update it is pathetic to use, each and every time we have to enter the Registered mobile of the service to see the bill amount. Also while check the consumption history it is not connecting to the server from past 3 months as I observed. Hope they might provide a proper update to fix all these kind of issues for a better user experience.
