very poor experience, trying to pay invoices... app opens shows amount then when trying to proceed to payment it just doesn't show anything (blank page) also, when I miss a payment and line freezes I can't access the app and make the payment .... you have to go to the shop yourself... we who work outside jordan and pay to keep our numbers live see this as a problem.

Most of the time the app doesn't load and gets stuck at loading screenn and the ad noise level is very high and sudden, I don't know why you put highly interruptive and poorly executed ads in your app

every single week, they force for an update. thats so annoying 😑 for a basic application that doesn't have much to offer except payments 🥵

With all respect, this app is a bit useless at fulfilling its main function. For example if I renew my subscription through the app I expect to see this clearly reflected inside the app and on the spot. I also do not expect to receive sms reminders and warnings that my subscription is about to expire, since I had already paid for a renewal of the subscription!
