Decided (after years) to rate the game, gave 5 *s because its advertisements aren't forced, barely notice in game app purchase options, and again I've come back to this game several times over over the course of years. It's not pay to win it does get stale after a while but uninstall and come back later and get to do everything all over again ;-) love this game and hope others will see it as well.

This is a nostalgic game for me. But as of July 2025, even after reaching level 61 Xp after switching on the game after 2 or so hours if again shows level 49 Xp. I have completed and reached level 61 Xp twice still after reopening the game after a few hours it is taking back to level 49 Xp. I do not understand how to solve this issue. I have unlocked and played all the locations as of now.

this is my favorite game ever since I was a kid. my exp level is 73, however when I check it, it becomes 43. So i tried restarting the app and when I opened it again it drops to level 40. I'm sad because why does this happen, and the fact that I play this game for at least 25 a day just to earn gems for upgrade, hurts me knowing that it lessen my level horribly.

It's a fun game to play. I especially appreciate that you don't have to use wifi/data for it. Recently, though, a lot of the hotels I updated have reverted for no apparent reason - one station completely uninstalled, entire hotels went from completely updated to just level 4, etc. I would be more upset if I had used actual money to get the gems to update, but thankfully I just played for my gems.

It is very addicting but it was so addicting that I made a $50 purchase and didn't realize I was close to the end of the game so I was disappointed in that but then I hit start new career figuring I could just use my gems in a new career and they all disappeared! I tried to find a way to email them but I don't see it. I want a FULL refund, contact me!

This could be the worst gameplay I ever experienced. Everytime I achieved something good and planned to progress further, the next opening of the game would show up certain rewards and when it was claimed my game set to lower state where I just started. From 30 level to 2 again? I mean how long I have to restart again and again? Is this a kind of joke? It happened everytime and too wasteful of time and energy. Couldn't give zero stars so one for this ridiculous experience. Not playing again.
