Horrible customer service. Don't buy anything from this stupid app. They have the worst customer service. My rating is actually zero stars! I contacted the customer care multiple times through Email and the helpline number. But no use. They will say the same old sentence, "It will be rectified within 3-5 days". But now it's been 60 days!

very very bad in delivering the product. the order was supposed to be delivered in 6-7 days, but in spite of these many days, they told me that they will take more 3-5 days. wow that's amazing... and also while tracking an order via app, it shows an error.

Offers are awesome as always but app quality is worst .It always says your session is expired or the server issue and the OTP is not valid even for 30 sec . it doesnt let u login after many attempts and in case if u get logged in ..it isn't let u add the product in basket.whats the use of running so many offers then ..it's too tedious to operate the app and very time consuming ..please improve your app quality

Worst ever app for online purchasing. Returned product only returns money to the app wallet. And while purchasing a new product offers can't be applied when using wallet balance. Highly unethical and offers shown on all orders are simply an eye wash showing just for the show-offs. Highly recommended many ppl not to use the app.

worst experience. i ordered 2 times. for delivering the product we need to call their customer service for almost everyday. Every time they said your problem escalated to the backend team and it will deliver today. Still it will not deliver the product.

This APP is a scam. people at the store will push you for the membership with discount schemes. Then, they will push for this app to buy online to apply those coupons from membership . Then the product will not come to you, and it will get canceled. So the coupons also get canceled, and you are scammed. Worst services ever seen in any e-commerce platform.
