the customer service is laughable. took orders for items that were out of stock,and unable to send the replacement.then sent me text of the window closing for return, when they themselves failed to deliver it in time. and kept showing "on the way" for weeks. impossible to get hold of an agent on call. 1 item was picked up after problems with return, and refund is pending 2 months later still. mails with all information from my side sent,still. customer have to do their jobs, incompetent pathetic

very bad I ordered a dress they take one month but dress didn't reach . I finally cancelled the order after making 10-20 calls and 2-3 emails to their customer care support😑.At last they deducted 20 rupees platform fees for this nonsense.This is totally 👿their mistake they are unable to deliver dress on time and I have to pay for it . I never suggest😡 you to buy any item from their store or app

I had one of the most frustrating experiences with this app. Despite calling customer care multiple times, all I get is the same repeated response –wait for 2-3 days. My money is stuck, and there has been absolutely no resolution. To make things worse, now the customer executives either put my call on hold indefinitely or stop responding altogether. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise everyone to think twice before ordering through this app. Worst app

I ordered two items in a single order and one item was delivered but the other item was not delivered yet in app both the items were showing in delivered status.I contacted customer service but they did nothing.however I placed replacement order for the item which was delivered for a bigger size.(btw the item was catwalk platform chevron pattern shoes & didn't receive brand tag or pricetag). the delivery person came to my doorstep with some clothing item apparently.what kind of scam is going on.

worst experience I ever had , I ordered a dress from ur site and paid the amount via upi but instead of placing the order it got reverted back , it's been six days but still I have not got the refund although I have emailed my transaction details, i literally mailed and called u each day but there's no resolution. My mental peace and the amount is both gone . Never had such a terrible experience ordering online . edit : i already mailed u with the transaction screenshots still no resolution.

Worst experience! what they show in the pictures won't come in reality. Don't buy code, it's not very good, you'll be getting smaller sized clothes compared to other brands and materials is also okay only. I have no idea why this has a 4+ rating here!!!???
