I am a long customer, and their delivery and preparation was ok, but today it was exceptional in terms of delays, food preparation was lousy, undercooked and cold, and missing items and in app their phone number of outlet was non functional, there is no way to call support for any issues. Guys, please DO NOT use this app. This app sucked. In case you need to order something , use other food delivery apps, at least they have accountability in terms of timely and correct items.

It's blatant false advertising. There is always a delivery charge applied on the order even after you order more than the minimum amount required for free delivery - according to the app itself. Funnily enough, the app itself notifies you after adding an item that you have unlocked free delivery, but right after on the checkout page there is a delivery charge added.

pathetic app. changes delivery mode to pick up automatically. then when you find out you have to pick up the order, you would think you can cancel the order, but no, there is no cancel order option. then you try to call the restaurant, the phone number is switched off. Very poor service all around.

if there would have been zero star i would have given that. we had to go take the delivery by walking a mile or so. the order first took an hour. then all the 3 pizza arrived were cold. no taste, bland. even in the app there is no tracking no review no help. even when i went to check if i could complaint anywhere, our order was still not delivered such slow app in the realtime instant tracking world today. horrible experience, im never ordering again

They really have a bad app as their imaginary offer codes never work. They are trying to fool the customers with fancy offers and when I tried calling their customer service team they say everything is at discounted price and offer cannot be applied. How foolish of them to then show different offer codes , if everything is at discount. Please beware before downloading the app.

Paid ₹190 for extra cheese on 2 pizzas — got ZERO extra cheese. Ordered Cheese Lover pizza with dips clearly shown in the app, but no dips delivered. And guess what? The app doesn’t even show “delivered” on the same day, so no review possible when it actually matters. As an old customer, this is just pathetic now. Service keeps getting worse. Maybe time to try a brand that delivers what it shows.
