I paid for a ticket using easypaisa app but the ticket did not show up in my list of tickets. I sent screenshots of the transaction from easypaisa and app to daewoo but they told me to register a complaint via the app instead of resolving the issue. I registered the complaint in the app but they simply makred the complain as resolved without refunding the amount, or even reaching out to me about the problem. Useless service, worst app, and thieves on top of it

The most pathetic and worst app . Poor customer service. You buy ticket online , pay the ticket and then it do not show in it when u contact on helpline they say there was issue in the app and apply cor refund. which then further deducts your amount. my 6-7 tickets booked were not processed and in turn i have to apply for refund. more than 1.5 months and still i haven't got my refund.

Daewoo App is a kind of fraud and not Refunding the amount due to cancelation of ticket. and there is no option to change the ticket date. helpline is also not supportive on such kind of issues and assistance. I tried to cancel my ticket and refund the amount but still struggling to cancel it. my opinion to stop booking through app and protect your money. thanks

This app has so many issues and one of the main issue is thr paymrnt gateaway page. They have deducted my money twice and the tickets havent been issued once. The amount keeps deducting and no ticket has been issued despite contacting the customer service. They customer service is very bad and they reply in a very unprofessional manner The app is very frustrating all together wouldnt recommend using it.

The developer needs to add an option for change of login number and email address. If someone lost his sim and forgets his password too, how does he recover the login id?? this feature needs to be added, highly recommended..

Asalam o alykom. daewoo express is going down day by day I am facing too much disturbance and inconvenience due to busses dropped very often now. and this time I didn't get any call OR message from them. now daewoo is the same as other services and dropping their busses times due to less passengers. still hope for the best in coming time...
