I have been fooled by this platform. I had booked prior tickets to confirm my reservation. However when the price dropped by more than 2200/- this company is not ready to compensate.... THIS IS REALLY RIDICULOUS. THEY ARE FOOLING EVERYONE. PLEASE DON'T BOOK TICKETS FROM HERE. I have the screenshots with me which I'm unable to attach.

The app is good and runs smoothly, but there’s a big issue with seat availability. It shows some seats as available in the bus selection screen, but when I click to book, it says no seats available. I even checked on the official bus operator’s website, and there were no seats left, but the app still showed them as available. Please fix the seat availability update so the information matches the actual status.

Plz don't trust this application. Totally double standard behaviour. At the time of booking they assured me of full refund if i pay free cancellation charge but at the time of cancellation they didn't return full amount and started lecturing of 1000 pages of their terms & condition la bla... Atleast other application don't make fool of customers like them.

Worst app.I recently booked a ticket through Abhibus, and the experience was very disappointing. The app was poorly designed and quite difficult to use. Live tracking was not available, which made it very inconvenient to know the bus status. On top of that, the driver was not answering calls, leaving passengers clueless about the exact location and timings. Worst app............

I’m highly disappointed with AbhiBus. booked a Hyderabad to Chennai ticket a week in advance only to receive a message a day before travel saying my booking was cancelled due to no bus service”The refund was processed, but that doesn’t solve the problem. If AbhiBus can’t ensure confirmed travel or offer an alternate option, what’s the point of booking through them? Because of this last-minute cancellation, I had to pay extra for another bus. I booked early to avoid high fares but paid more now

I had a disappointing experience while booking my ticket. Initially, the fare was showing ₹2300, but when I tried to book, the transaction failed even though the amount was deducted from my account. When I tried again, the price had suddenly increased to ₹2800 for the same bus (a 3-rated bus). I finally managed to book the seat at the higher price, but this sudden fare jump and the failed payment experience were very frustrating. I hope Abhibus improves their booking system to prevent such issue
