The app used to be better with the integrated timeline view, where I could easily see when my baby was stirring, falling back to sleep, crying, and waking up. That got rid of that, and replaced it with something that is much less intuitive. Also, I can sometimes take forever for the video feed to load, especially when you're trying to see what's going on when crying's detected.

DO NOT USE UNTIL THEY ROLLBACK THE OLD VERSION. I have been using the app for years through a couple of kids and it was always convenient and mostly glitch free. Then a few months ago they pushed a new version of the app and it is completely useless. If it's not fixed soon we are going to be forced to purchase something different.

I've had lollipop cameras for a few years now, but this recent app update really reduced the usability of the app. It's no longer intuitive, I have two children and often have issues seeing both of them at the same time, as well as when viewing both cameras I can't click on one quickly and have to back out of the split view which often backs me out of the whole app. There is also always a loading circle in the middle of my video, even when it's not loading. Frustrating.

Hate the new update. Although timeline videos are still available, the previous format was easier to view. Previously I could quickly get an overview of how well my child slept by scrolling through the timeline and checking how many dots appeared and when. Now it takes me at least 5 minutes to try to figure out if they were actually awake at different times in the night, or just moving in their sleep because I have to watch each video. PLEASE BRING BACK THE TIMELINE THE WAY IT USED TO BE.

Ever since the new update, the app glitches like crazy, has trouble loading all the time, and disconnects multiple times a night. It's getting to the point we are considering having to get a new monitor. I can't safely listen or watch my young kids anymore which is the whole point of a monitor. We've used this brand for SIX years and I'm starting to get fed up. Edit: I can't even get it working at all now. I bought cheap monitors just so I can listen into the room and hope nothing bad happens.

I've used this for 6 years now(3 kids) , and after the latest downgrade, I can't even use it. Won't connect to the internet, split screen won't load or show live video, can't even access background sleep sounds for my youngest, and the time line feature has disappeared. I've sworn by the product for 6 years and I'm through with it now. I'll never recommend this product to anyone.
